Deliveries & Returns


Collections can be made from Notting Hill, London W8 at your convenience. 

UK mainland delivery

For smaller packages our nominated postal couriers will make every effort to get goods to their intended recipient. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that they are available to receive the goods when they are delivered.

You may wish to make your own arrangements to uplift your purchase from us, or to employ your own courier for that purpose. We will try to accommodate all reasonable plans.

For delivery we are happy to give you a quote from our trusted couriers. Delivery is generally £45 - 110.  The rates quoted are dependent on size and distance and are for ground floor delivery only. Please note that someone will need to be present to assist the driver with any necessary lifting, unless otherwise agreed. If you require any special delivery arrangements please let us know e.g. 1st floor, 3rd floor, no/small lift, will need hoist, requires 2 man delivery, doors will need to be removed etc. Special delivery for non-UK mainland and overseas should be discussed before any purchase is made. Please enquire for a specific quote.

UK mainland is defined as England, Wales and Southern Scotland. UK mainland excludes Northern Scotland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Eire and Northern Ireland.


We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, we ask that you notify us immediately, in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, or within 7 working days of receipt of delivery if you wish to return goods to us.

Please ensure that in advance of any purchases you check the measurements and ensure that they will fit into your space. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for any items returned, with the cost of delivery to us to be borne by the purchaser.

We are also prepared to consider an exchange or credit note, at the retail equivalent price, in the event that you wish to reconsider your purchase.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in saleable condition, with the original packing where appropriate.

If the goods do not reach us in corresponding saleable condition and in their original packaging then your right to a full refund may be affected. Any refund or exchange will exclude any delivery charges which have previously been incurred. The returned goods are your responsibility until received by us. The cost of returning goods is at your expense.
